2. Is your jewelry waterproof and tarnish-resistant?

Yes! All Evara Luxe pieces are designed to be waterproof and non-tarnish, so you can wear them daily — even in the shower or while washing hands. However, we still recommend gentle care to preserve the shine for years.

3. Will your jewelry turn my skin green?

No. Our jewelry is nickel-free, lead-free, and hypoallergenic, making it completely safe for sensitive skin.

4. Do you offer personalized or custom jewelry?

5. What is your shipping policy?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 6 –12 business days depending on your location.

6. What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the jewelry is unworn and in original condition.
